Anyone get killed from those jaws like things (the two metal walls coming together), and basically the game ends with a black screen? I waited a bit thinking that maybe the game would do something but I had to ESC and re-load. Interesting and odd.

The fem-narrator begs you to quit out before the game has a chance to kill you, therefore taking control away from the game/male-narrator.

Since you didn't, as an insult to injury the only way out is to manually do so anyways :P

If you look around in the museum, you'll see a sign that says something like "There was an ending that required the user to press escape and restart." But seeing as there's several endings that require that, it makes sense that it was talking about this ending.
