THIS THREAD WILL BE THAT BASEIS OF THE MIND CONTROL ROOM!
No clue what to do with this info, but here you are :P.
Also, this puzzle:

Still working on it.
At least, there must be definitly a way to stop the countdown. The first time I started the self-detonation, the narrator added 2 more minutes to the countdown - so it was like: "here's more time to find the solution"
That is the terminal puzzle I solved, it doesn't change anything that I have noticed.
huh... maybe we have to solve this one before we can stop the countdown.
//edit
have you interact with this computer after you solved the terminal puzzle?
http://steamcommunity.com/id/qliqQLAQ/screenshot/846967607619952551
because you cannot use this one in the beginning. But maybe after you've charged the batteries by the terminals.
I mean, this computer is suspicious.
The 4 terminal passcode, the big red button, the blue screen that shorts (your link), and the red button with 2 lightbulbs. These 4 are the ones I focused on, but to no avail.
My theory was to keep the door open (the one that closes when you get too close), figure out the code, and make a dash for the door.
Something happened.... nothing. -_-
Nah. I'm pretty sure unachieveable is a random event. It does NOT pop up randomly - but it's linked to random event (which are generated while map-loading) and you must be lucky to do the "right thing" to the right time. <- my idea.
Based on the fact, that people got the achievement in totally random situations. Some1 was in the 2nd office @ the start. Another one got it on a plant. And another one got it on the piano.
VERY random with dependence to a "special chain" of generated events.
/edit
A guy checked the door with "noclip". He said, there's nothing behing the door. Just a small floor. Otherwise: it could be a loading-area.
I have scouted that doorway from the outside. I couldn't imagine anything happening besides enabling a load screen or teleport once you walk through.

Here is the "completed" terminal I mentioned earlier.
