Hint: press 8 few times when you find a button labeled 8 somewhere in-game
Spoiler: The keypad in the boss's office has an 8 button. Press the 8 button there 4 times. It'll say EIGHT and you'll get an achievement

Solution: Type 8 times 8 in that keypad(?) in the office from the boss

I had to press it 8 times however^^
