Just got it and here's how :

Sometimes when you start and exit stanley's office, the door doesn't close behind you. There was a phone ringing (I didn't anwsered it). I saved (F6). I then loaded immediatly (F7) and walked back to stanley's office and got the achievement.

That would make sense it is related to that phone seeing the achievement icon.

Maybe someone can reproduce this ? But seeing people getting it doing lot other complicated things and in many other places, it may be something different or just random.

Gran PC mentioned the achievement in a recent changelog comment, which made me go back and try to get it again after an earlier attempt while reading this thread. I'm not exactly sure either, I have a hunch about what it is, but I'm not sure? I was save-scumming between the start of the game and the "wife" scene and ocassionally messing around in the first room, I actually don't think the wife part is important though.

One of the resets, I heard a strange ambient noise I hadn't heard before in the backround, almost like a rumbling or creaking of wood or something, it's hard to explain, I'm pretty sure someone else already mentioned something like it. Again, not sure if it's related.

Lastly, I answered the phone in the first room, it was the woman (presumably his non-existant wife? Why can't just one part of this game make sense? :P ) asking stanley to pick up some stuff at the store. Shortly afterwards, I got the achievement. Although someone said that the phone image for the achievement is un-related, I can't help but think it has something to do with it.

For those of you who are paranoid, tinfoil-hat wearing lunatics, I had NOT posted in these forums beforehand, it was at approximately 7:30 AM, Pacific time, my playtime is 9 hours, and my zodiac sign is Taurus.

Storm's Guide On "Getting Ze Unachievable Achievement"

Step 1: Search your house for a tampon.
Step 2: Once you find a tampon, clean it with soap and water.
Step 3: Use the tampon.
Step 4: Act very feminime, then dress like a sissy.
