http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2013-10-21-windows-8-1-causing-mouse-lag-that-badly-affects-games
The issue of the cursor escaping the screen only happens:
If raw input is enabled AND a key on the keyboard has been pressed since the game began loading.
The reason that I had never had this issue before seems related to the fact that I've never enabled raw mouse input previously.
Vjoy (use to configure joystick) was installed and uninstalling it make it work fine.
Steam games seems to think there is a joystick plugged in (even if not) when vjoy is installed
I'm running the game on Mac OS X 10.9.2
uninstalled vjoy, set joystick to 0, tried every setting combination.... still the damn spinning...
I'm having the spin problem, and going down the posts and trying everyone
joystick 0 didnt work
-jlook didnt work
I went into my device manager and could find anything joystick related
...then I looked down and noticed I was charging my Dual Shock 4...
