Ummm? Back, Crack and Sack gamehang?

Pretty hard to describe this without spoilers, but after "back, crack and sack" (this is the most rediculous description of a possible bug I've ever had to make) the game dumped me back and I'm rooted to the spot...
I can't tell if this is just the game being the game or whether something is actually supposed to happen...

Old thread, I know - but my game poops itself in exactly the same spot. Only it doesn't dump me anywhere, it just freezes completely.
Mind you, I am running this through Wine on Linux, but considering two of us have had this problem, clearly there's something going on.

Edit: Just looked up a youtube video of it. Seems right after the voiceover in the video says "back sack and crack" it's supposed to take you to a blue screen that says "practice", in which you can move your mouse around for a little while before going back to the video. I get the feeling that this switch may bork up some systems.
Shame... apparently this is the beginning of what is known as the "break the game ending", which I really wanted to experience.

Yeah it was one of my favourite endings, I'm afraid I can't really help though :( I restarted the game and it was all fine

I got it to work in the end by playing it windowed. Not an ideal solution, but since I'm trying to play a (currently) windows only game on a linux system, I'm used to having to comprimise ;)
