"Everyone knows what you have done" plaque
What does it mean? I have only had a quick glance at it during one of the playthroughs and the game immediately restarted. It was an orange-black warning-type plaque on the wall, and said something like "Don't delude youself, Stanley. Everyone knows what you have done". I am still wondering what it referred to. Does "everyone" mean the missing employees?

Also, was the significance of the lounge room ever explained?

Where did you find it?

It was on the office walls during one of the playthroughs, after a reset. I never saw it again, and the game reset so fast I couldn't even read it fully or screenshot. I think it happened before the yellow line appeared.

It was a very weird case of breaking the wall between Stanley/Narrator and the "outside world". So I wanted to know more about it.

Cool, I didn't see that. Probably just a gag like the lounge. :P

Ah, I remember that actually. XD

Yes, that's exactly the one. Thanks for the pic!

So, any ideas on what it means? Apart from the obvious.

It looks like a pretty generic "demotivator" in line with the others office-themed negative phrasings. This one covers the subject of "inner guilt".

However, it does have an uncanny resonance with Stanley's unusual circumstances.

I.e., Stanley could be literally torturing himself over something he had done (something connected to the blue lounge?). And the people (his colleagues? friends? his entire social circle?) are "holding back" by not being there in Stanley's world.

It's just a gag like the advice given on the meeting room slides. :P

For a throwaway gag it rings too many bells with the protagonist's actual situation.
