Is the entire game about pressing the button 8 for hours on end?

The demo of the 8 game is nothing like the screenshots, and videos I saw on the store page. So how many hours of gameplay involve pressing 8?

Well, the word 'dogecoin' also has 8 letters, but I wouldn't read too much into that.

ON THE OTHER HAND, both 'Stanley' and 'Parable' have only 7 letters. BUT you can add the letters from 'The' which not only makes a total of 17 letters (ooh, another 7!) and as ANYONE can see 1 +7 = 8, but also gives an extra letter to each of the bigger words so they can have 8, and leaves you an extra one for good measure. OBVIOUSLY the extra one is T as in Truth, so this proves I'm right.

Now (bear with me), the gematria value[www.gematrix.org] of 'Stanley' is 656 in Jewish Gematria, 576 in English Gematria and 96 in Simple Gematria. I'm not even going to point out that 6+5+6=17 (again!) or that 5+7+6=18 (there's the 8!) or even that 96 is 8x12 (and 12 = 4x3 and 4+3 =7 A-HA!).

No, what I WILL point out is that the word 'Players' has the EXACT SAME VALUES IN ALL THREE GEMATRIAS.

Coincidence? I THINK NOT!

On top of that, the three gematria values of 'Parable' added together give 554, which in turn gives 5+5+4=14=7+7, so the word 'Parable' ALREADY CONTAINED the word 'Stanley'. You're starting to see how deep this goes.

If you have any doubt, just notice that 'Parable' in Jewish Gematria is 169, with 1+6+9 = 17, so it's all absolutely correct and therefore true.

Now brace yourselves. You know what has ALL gematria values exactly the same as 'Parable'?
You're not going to believe this, but it's just the truth. Values for Jewish, English and Simple Gematria respectively of 169, 330 and 55, just like 'Parable':

So there you go, that is the significance of the number 8 in The Stanley Parable. I'm not making any of these calculations up, you can double check each of them.
