Bro, it took me about 7-9 hours to complete this game. You haven't even scratched the surface yet.
Just play through it again, and remember to think outside of the box.
You can do all this and more trust me.
EDIT: Did you unplug the phone? Did you close the door of your office at the start? Did you find the red elevator? Did you listen to each message on the office phone? Did you play the baby game for 4 hours? Did you trap yourself in Test Chamber 01? Did you reach button Heaven? Did you use all the commands? Did you not enter 2-8-4-5 into the keypad for a while? Did you stand in one place for 5 minutes? Did you read the copy machine's message? Did you see the other Stanley pass by the window? Did you get the whiteboard ending? Did you try walking back when the narrator told you that you were to die if you kept walking down the escape hall? Did you? (You can do all of this I swear.)
There are tutorials for both of these things.
The first room you enter that isn't your office. There's a phone on one of the desks. On rare occasions it will ring. If you pick it up one of three different messages will play.
