The Narrator's Narrator (SPOILERS)
What do you guys think of the escape ending narrator? (The one that leads you into the game museum). Without a lot of context, it's difficult to think about, but I've come up with two possibilities.

a) The female narration voice acts as a voice of the actual creators, which is how she knows about the nature of the relationship between Stanley and the first narrator, walk Stanley around the museum, and is able to magically place Stanley back in the cart that will end his life. OR

b) This is more of a stretch, but it's interesting to think about. The entrance to this ending is actually really easy to access, compared to some of the other endings. You just have to walk down the pathway that says "ESCAPE" right before finishing the game. Before that, Stanley was perfectly following the narrator's instructions, but at this point (after the museum) the female narrator talks about how Stanley needs to see that they have to rely on each other. Seems fairly contradictory in my opinion--I originally thought that this ending would best fit down the door on the right, in a scenario that Stanley had not followed the narrator's directions at all.
So is it just poor placement, or something else?
Something else--who scrawled "ESCAPE" on the pathway to this ending? It's a very Rattmann-esque game element, and perhaps it harkens to the person that Stanley could feel follow him. It definitely seems reminiscient of a Portal scenario, in which the male narrator acts as GlaDOS, and the female narrator acts as Rattmann, attempting to shine the light for Stanley to truly see what happens within the Stanley Parable. This makes the placement of this ending make some more sense--perhaps the female narrator is trying to help Stanley actually escape the game, which is why she entreats the user to turn the game off. Because perhaps turning the game off is the only way that Stanley can find peace--we do hear the male narrator's voice in his head even after Stanley exits the facility, which immediately made me wonder whether or not Stanley has actually escaped.

Just a thought.

interesting, but in the [spoilers]blu door endings[/spoilers] the narrator says he made it, so she can't be the creators voice, your first point will just confuse guys...
