The Stanley Parable

That Stupid Open Cargo Door
Maybe it's just me, but it seems to be a recurring trend within The Stanley Parable that whenever a door happens to be open, it means there's another region just beyond the threshold that basically demands to be explored. That being said, has anyone successfully made it down to the ground level of the cargo bay? The open door in front of the truck really, really, really freaking bothers me, seeing as there is not an obvious path to get to it quite yet--without committing suicide, dying, and invoking some not-so-subtle passive-aggressive dialogue.

If not, anyone have an idea for a cheat code that would magically spawn a flying carpet or winged pegasus or a teleporting William Shatner, or, my god, just a freaking ladder? This game gives me hives sometimes. Aid in solving the mystery and you might be the first to discover a yet unheard of region of The Stanley Parable. Yay. Go you. (Some advance praise for motivation--you're welcome).

EDIT:
Wow, thanks for all the help guys. Sheesh.

ANYwho, I was scouring that platform for a way down, but found absolute nil. I did see a door, ground level, but yeah, who the heck knows how to get to it? I was thinking you might be able to access it via the stairwell, but I've only encountered the madness ending that way.

GUIZ PLZ HALP this is driving me nuts.

I actually figured out a way down there before the phone room ending, when you first see the elevator. If you slowly move up to the fence on the left (near the towers of boxes), with some crafty movement, you can actually walk behind that fence on some very slim hitbox edge for the main platform. Then you can move carefully from that edge over to the towers of boxes, jump down on those working with that same edge hugging mentality and you can make your way most of the way down.

But as Lord Cthulhu said, there is a kill barrier once you get low enough.

You can also use console commands (search the forums for a guide) to delete the kill barrier, or to teleport below it, or to delete any object, or any timer, or access any timer, or really whatever you want. Exploring each area through teleport commands is really fun. You can even get through the end barrier and out into the blue skies and grass area. It's cool to see how they built this game.
