Report a translation problem
This room shows the first trailer published for the game in 2012, and in higher graphics settings it seems to have issues trying to load the video resource in time, which causes it to hang. But at least now there's a documented workaround to go inside.
Also: It might not have happened to YOU specifically, but this very thread has evidence that this HAS happened to other people in the Steam version. I frankly doubt this is limited to people who got the Epic version.
