If that's what you meant, then you can go in the Stanley Parable's entry on your library, to see when was the last time you played it.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Bump. This no longer works because I think Valve removed the "list view" functionality from Steam. How can I see the exact date AND time that I last played a game?

Yep, sounds like Valve removed a core feature when they refactored how the client works. This is a very bad client design - Gabe, tell your peeps to write better software, c'mon yo. Removing features because **ITS NEW** is deplorable. You do a lot of good stuff, but this is 20 steps backwards. Stats are important, and the more granular you can make them, the better. Anyone who disagrees with me is wrong - no matter your comment, it's null and void.

The updated Steam Client no longer has a separate "List View" for the Library.

But it is no longer necessary, as they also made a change to the date that is displayed on the "detail" page for each game.

It now permanently shows the "Last Played" date in the section to the right of the "Play" button. No date will be displayed if you have not yet played the game.

Previously, that date would change to show the "Game Purchased" date if the game had not been played for more than a year.

Unfortunately, the bug still exists that if you RE-install a previously played game it will incorrectly show as last played "Today" until you exit and restart Steam.

However, if you install the game, and boot it up, and it's been 5 years, yes it will still give you the achievement. I almost had a heart attack when I installed it today and it went to "Today" but when I opened the game "Go Outside" did indeed pop.

I would like to know the date AND time, not just the date. I need to know the hour of the day in which the game was exited. Sucks that they removed this feature :(

Although this thread is in the Stanley Parable discussions, it was the only match I found for the feature that I was seeking. I do not need this feature for Stanley Parable, but rather for a slew of other games. I am sorry for the discussion hijack, but I was hoping to resolve the issue here so that other people that Google'd for this problem (without mentioning Stanley Parable) would also stumble upon the solution. I found this thread without mentioning The Stanley Parable in my search query.

Welp. I just launched this for the first time in 7 years and didn't get the achievement. Cool. I waited all that time for nothing.

Now I get to play this some more, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, now I have to wait 5 more years to get the stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ achievement!! Really annoyed it didn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ unlock, but I waited over 5 years for it!! And didn't uninstall or reinstall in that time.

The best thing i can say is you can change what order games are listed sorted by "Last played" is still there.
but that i wont really help with determining the time that has past. best advice i can give, which is what i recommend to do, is leave some achievement for last. when you earn that achievement, stop playing the game afterwards. achievement will always have the timestamp, which you can use to determine, when did you play the game for the last time

The best thing i can say from using steam for at least 13 years is that check the storage manager.
"Settings-->downloads-->steam library folders-->click the drive where your games are installed"

or

Click the game you want to see when you last played and look under the last played for the last date you played it. If you never played it.

Take note no date will be displayed if you have not yet played the game.
Date is all that matters more than what time it was.
