Here's an image I found of the note in question.
maybe I can now figure out the rest of what it says.
Sounds like it's describing the nature of the game to me. The "speaks to me" part alludes to the narrator, and the connections or epiphany, from "man to man" seems to be about trying to come to better understanding of the world in which TSP takes place.
Also, I'm hungry. It could also have been something the Narrator left behind, a leftover bit of writing for the stories he can or wants to tell.
