Is there still a legitimate way to achieve "Unachievable"?
We know the developer kept changing the way that achievement was achieved, just to mess with us. So people found ways to get it by "cheating" (which I put in quotes because the game is so meta, cheating is part of the experience).

Does the final update have some sequence of in-game actions that grants Unachievable?

I got it a few weeks ago. It just appeared when I restarted the game a couple of times. I have no idea what the actual rules are to grant it, though.

LMFAO I just looked at all of the achievements for this game and had a good laugh. Everything about this game is a stupid, hilarious, riot!

I was trying to figure it out back in the day and played with cheat console on-screen to see what the game's code shows when I'm performing different actions. I was hoping it would give me some hint. In one of the many playthroughs, I've got a completely new and different line of code among the others, when I checked the desk in the office at the beginning for like, 50th time.

I don't know what that could mean, though, I'm not a coder. But my guess is that game checks randomly if some button is pressed, and if it is, you get the achievement. But you can't guess when or where it may happen.
I still haven’t gotten the achievement and I’ve played through the entire game several times over years

I know a couple years ago at least you got Unachievable by running the game on Linux. (that's how i got it)

Wait he kept changing the way you got it? Haha lol.

So there's still no true way of getting it? Also chances are he will keep changing it on ultra deluxe

I'm running on Linux and the achievement just suddenly appeared in one of my playthroughs.

I mean there's a way to get it by messing with the config files and making them read only so you can enter a special console command, but I don't think that's what you meant. I still don't have it.

scroll down to where it says "The actual guide". This is not the intended way to get the achievement though just keep in mind. It actually upset the developer people figured out how to do this lol. I may some day do this, but not right now.

Well then what's the real requirement? If he suddenly forgot to put an requirement there again and this is the only way then this is very legitimate.

I don't know. He has changed the requirements/trigger for it multiple times. It's a troll achievement that you may or may not get depending on luck or fate.

I wish there was some way of knowing when I last played the game so I can play when the time is up to get this achievement legitimately.
...unless the developer changed what we have to do to get it. LOL!!!
This game's a riot

You are thinking of the "Go Outside" Achievement which is different. I believe Steam should now tell you when you last ran the game. I don't think they used to do that until the recent UI change.

No, I'm not thinking of another achievement.
Unachievable: Don't play the game for 5 years.
There was discussion about the developer changing what had to be done to get them to a few of the achievements randomly.
