bugged hand of greed

on some maps i get a bugged out hand of greed icon in any direction. it shows a distance but when approaching that direction the distance isnt changing. this happens to me on different maps. edit: and obviously i cant reach the pickup.
and today i got one with normal decreasing distance display but when i got to the point it wasnt there. and leaving the radius the icon showed up again. this was in forgotten viaduct.

Happens to me a bunch as well. There's just a hand of greed miles away, but the distance stays the same even if you walk towards the icon. It seems to eventually disappear tho, sometimes.
