Some potion ingredients not available

I'm missing 2 ingredients, Redmoss and Sulfur, since the new big patch. I just ran through all 4 maps with the tracking necklace, twice (once with agony on and once off), and those ingredients weren't on any of them, although all previous ingredients I'd collected were (even ones I'd collected since the patch, can't remember if it used to respawn them).

So I currently cannot unlock that potion, it's the one that enables rerolls of abilities.

On Forgotten Viaduct is one ingredient to the south-west, wich not is registered by the compass. This should be Redmoss.

I can take a look next time I play I guess. That's still a bug that amounts to the same thing, since I went far enough SW on the viaduct to get the ability scroll and never saw it. And if Sulfur is somewhere in Ember Grounds and not tracked it'll be impossible for most people to find.

Last time I checked, Sulfur is tracked.
I double check taht.

Sulfur is definetly tracked:
Ember Grounds - Normal
North-East - a tiny bit more north than east
took around 40 seconds from the Well with 10.0m/s movement speed.

I reloaded the map a couple times and did eventually see something tracked to the north - so ran and yea there was Sulfur finally (it was almost straight north for me, maybe 1 screen east). To me this just confirms it's bugged because, regardless of if my memory of going through every stage once right after the patch is right, I FOR SURE did last night and grabbed every tracked herb, because I wrote down the names but didn't trust myself to recognize the icon (also easier to follow tracking if you clear them off the amulet). So Sulfur was not spawning for me, until it was, but at least it was tracked.

I just tried the same thing in Forgotten Viaduct a few more times, running southwest. There was an untracked ingredient each time but it was Dragon Nettle (a couple times I ran for a solid 8+ minutes SW and never saw another herb). Does anyone who has found it know if it's farther than that?

So I double checked:
Redmoos Forgotten Viaduct NORMAL a few steps to the North-East.
The first I found was untracked, Belladonna, shortly after was the tracked one, Redmoss.
