Depending on your current progression, Agony with the right setup of Artifacts can make this significant easier.
Make sure you use Hastening Sands, which increases overall Enemy Spawn.
Mountain Idol spawns enemies where you can "farm" tons of damage.
Torment Banner will also increase spawn rate.
Killing Gaze gives some more enemies too, but those ranged ones have immunity time after spawning and wont cut it for their hassle.
Totem of Giants also gives enemies more hp, but this will reduce the spawnrate,
so its like a little tradeoff.
Always keep in mind, higher Agony /Torment ranks yield in more stuff to kill with more hp,
so there is much more damage to deal.
Cheers!
If you have the following artifacts:
Hastening Sands, Torment Banner, Restless Wheel and Scales of Pain, you get plenty of spawns with faster Agony build up while you're already dealing lots more damage right from the beginning. Throw in Archeologist's Thread and Malignant Mirror for bringing in some extra loot and you'll get more out of it while blasting the enemies to pieces.
Sage with Mark of the Arrow, Vision Crown (Switching), Wooden Ring and Copper Ring (Boost since it'll take you some time to get to 100), Blood Catcher (Enhancement), Pace Setter (Unrest), Hunting Gloves (Boost) and Hunter's Garb (Boar Power) is one example setup that I've been using.
I pick Ring Blades as the main weapon, then add in Phantom Needles and lastly Transfixion. At around 10 minutes you should have them leveled up with additional effects and can then just stand still racking up damage.
(managed to nab the ghost wall achievements as well)
le thank you
