No Controller support?

Game looks like an interesting clone of that vampire survivors game.
However, My wireless xbox controller doesn't seem to work in this game.

I have 400+ steam games that the controller works fine with.

Any ideas on what I might need to do to get the controller to work in the game?

Works really well with xbox controller.

I play with a Dualshock 4, it just works via the built in Steam compatibility... Maybe check that you have the setting enabled before launching the game, it has happened to me that I had to turn it on for some reason with a couple of games.
