Haunted Caverns 50,666 kills How to get
Like title says how do you manged to get this achievement. I can get to about 30k kills before time runs out.

I am not sure using the relic that gives more spawn speed but cuts 10 minutes is worth it.

I am using both the spawn extra regular and Ranged enemies relics.

Hello there,

scrap the Artifact "Killing Gaze".
Those Enemies are immune for a short time after spawn and won't cut it.

You definetly want "Hastening Sands", the rest is up to you.
Restless Wheel is nice too for faster Agony Ramp Up.


You can pick any char you like, but you definetly want to use Ring Blades or/and Arcane Splinters. Those Abilites have the best screen coverage and kill everything on spawn,
which gives you lots of kills.

Sage is amazing with Ring Blades as main Weapon,
Swordsman and Warlock are easy too, since both have strong main Weapons with lots of coverage.

Yeah, Ring Bllades' ability to kill offscreen enemies before you've even upgraded it is pretty close to mandatory for stuff like this.
personally I like using Lightning Strike for this, you just upgrade it as much as you can along with some other spells that have good range, and you should kill most enemies right as they spawn at the edge of the screen. Just go full damage.

This quest was even more ridiculous before, you were supposed to kill 66,600 enemies, not 50,666. Closest I got to that was 62k monsters but I also struggled with it.

Got 46k kills with Ring Blades and Arcane Splinters. Killed off the ranged relic since some were immune like was stated. Still not sure why I am not hitting goal. I tried Sage will give it a whirl with another class.
got this achievement 30 min ago, 10 seconds left till boss, i used same artifacts, but with scale of pain +100% dmg, archer class with Lightning Strikes, Phantom Needles, Transfixion and Arcane Splinters, Ring Blades with range,aspeed and multi traits, try this without killing gaze, because they get immune for some seconds and block appearing for new mobs

Are the spawn numbers that great that losing 10 minutes is outweighed by them? If so, I've been doing this wrong.

Finally got this one after trying all day:
The key is to use the sage and only get 2 abilities (ring blades first, phantom needles second). If you get more more abilities than that, the constant spam of your abilities all over the screen causes the game to spawn less enemies than it otherwise would.

I followed the "super smash homies" build from this guide https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3172296902

and used the phantom needles traits build from the same guide's "critical mass" build.

I finished with ~5 seconds to spare.

I thought this would be somehow hard based on this thread, but got it on the first try. Managed to get a few other quests on the side too.

Sage with Vision Crown boosting the range by +100%, Wooden Ring +100% Crit Chance, Iron Ring with Growth for some additional damage, Hunter's Garb (Boar Power) for even more damage with Pace Setter (Unrest) and Quickhand Gloves (Boost) increasing attack speed made this easy.

Ring Blades as the "main weapon" filling up the whole screen was silly.

I don't have all the items yet, only 50 hours in, so my build is based on what I have. Crit Bonus would probably be better considering all the attacks are crits to begin with. Archer mark to further boost the crit rate and bonuses through Weapon Proficiency.

There's probably plenty of ways to further optimize the damage the build does. I've been using it for the Berserker III achievements that I've been doing now to complete map specific ones.

Followed this and managed to get it first try too. Once you get enough upgrades and agony up it just goes up very fast.
