Crippling Strike achievement help

My whole build was centred around applying Slow stacks and I still only got 95k. How are you supposed to unlock this?

Did you try on the ghost wall?

I did it in vault.
use the damage scaling necklace, and get slow on phantom needles and ring blades, and you'll get there eventually.

You might want to use things like Broker's Cape, which will spread debuffs amongst enemies.
Gorgon Mask
Pest Ring (can spread other Debuffs as well, so is optional)
Bog Boots
Those few items can make a huge differnece.
Haunted Caverns on Agony has the highest Enemey density,
where you can do this Quest in ~10 minutes.

I just got it. What was especially helpful was going to Haunted Caverns on Agony 5. Lots of enemies as Ulyaoth said.

Regarding the "perfect" strategy nothing has changed, it got slightly better due more sources for Slow.
