Report a translation problem
The most common one that people encounter (and can be used to great effect) is the elemental rings. They only apply their effect on equip, they do nothing on removal.
So you can equip 2 elemental rings, swap them out (for non-elemental rings) and retain the elemental effect from the previous 2 rings.
The downside of this is that once you equip an elemental ring you can never return to your original damage type for the rest of that run.
Also neat thing I found out is that after sending something up the well, you can find it again in a chest and it shows the text 'sent up' rather than 'owned'.
