How does the 'Gatherer's Charm (Recovery)' actually work?

So I used the Recovery charm and used my doubling and memory potions but didn't get any back even after 6 minutes went by, and it says it recovers potions every 3 minutes so I'm confused.

Same, I didn't notice any differences in my potion count.

Maybe it's random and can randomly pick potions that are still full?

It says 'refills potions every 3 minutes', not refills 1, or a potion every 3 minutes

I too thought this would refill reverb potions, but testing said otherwise.

The Gatherer's Charm (Recovery) refills one (1) "Strong Wine" potion every three minutes. effectively giving you up to 20 level-up rerolls instead of 10 during a run.

from my experience it recovers re-rolls or a banish. very rarely a memory. but ive never had a reverberant recover. it might be able to recover any of the re-rolls and not just strong.

I just had a reverberant refilled. I don't know what the hell is going on with this thing. I think it might be selecting a potion at random but if that potion is full it will wait until you use one, then fill it immediately. So if it picks one you never use, like the one to reroll chest items, it will just never work at all.

the refills are random. The Drunkard version + Fighter's Headband (Potions) is in my opinion better, i had rounds with 10 or more Reverberant Potions. It's really funny.

Yeah, I use both of those... seems to be 1 at a time, but I think you can control it by leaving the potions you do not want full.

Seems like it will not trigger on an already full stack.

noticing a lot of RAW not matching RAI the gathering necklace being one of the items to gets people tripped up in AGONY runs.

I just did an afk 30 artifact run with maiden that ran almost 10 hours, using this item.

It seems like it might even be able to store an extra charge or 2 after you have all the potions filled.

I noticed a few times, after I had my potions filled, and leveled a few times in a row, my doubling potions were at 3, used, and still at 3 on the next level up.

If someone actually cares they can look at my video when I upload it next week. I am probably not going to bother myself, lol.

To be fair, it also doesn't say, "refills all potions." It does indeed refill potions -- just not all of them.
