the only really important thing is to have screen clearing Abilites and use chars that synergize with those, or Sage, still broken.

- Kugelblitz - Static Attraction < High Voltage
- Arcane Splinters - Arcane Unrest > Arcane Shivers
Those two Abilites, paired with Blood Catcher infinite scaling and you end up with 80k+ kills.

I had more kills in 20 mins than in 30.
i did it with archer, bloodcatcher, echo ring and all attackspeed/dmg advanced gear and it was still pretty close.
did the most damage with long range aoe spells in the end, so a sage with kugelblitz, blades and needles might be even better.
2) Get faster agony and more enemies artifacts
3) Get the projectile damage that can clear stuff beyond the borders of the sceen, so you can kill stuff right after it spawns off-screen (I've used needles, transfixion, ring blades and arcane shivers)
4) Crits, attack speed, multistrike - all you can get, the more the better
I've used wind crown, blood catcher, multistrike gloves and berserker boots (attack speed for moved distance green ones)
In the end 70k kills or something
Only a handfull of Artifacts give benefits to enemy spawns.
Higher Torment Rank increases enemy HP, which makes em harder to kill.
Arcane Splinters and Ring Blades are definetly MVP for this.

Without more details about the build you are using, its hard to tell what goes wrong.
Multistrike gloves, Wind Crown for Attack Speed.
Needles, then Frisbee, then Morningstar. Kugelblitz, Transfixion, and Meteor.
Turn off Damage Flash, Damage Effects, and Damage Numbers to minimize frame drops.
Ok apparently I was misinformed, so I tried cutting back to half as many artifacts and it got me to 70k kills. Also I was just using the "Piercing Porcupine" build listed in your guide
