The mask also continues after the lord is defeated meaning if you're close you can just wait it out, though I mean like within a percentage, neither form of the mask gives that much but it can put you over the edge.
Don't forget to double three of the crit increases, I had awful luck getting the uncommon versions of the wooden ring to drop, so every little bit helps.
In the worst case scenario you can wait til you've gotten some torment shards and boost the stat that way, it just seems like a very slow solution.
This can be cheesed with the Mask if you have patience, since you can just AFK after killing the lord. The Mask will keep procing every minute and eventually give you the extra crit, though it's not very viable unless you're just missing a a few percenteges at the end.
What is Archer’s mark?
It's one of the things that unfortunately the game doesn't tell you what it does or where it is. Each character has an achievement that says Reach agony 3 on a specific level and you unlock their mark. In the equipment page to the right of the headpiece slot there is a little square with an X in it. Most people think it just removes all your equipment if you click on it. But if you've unlocked any marks that's where you can equip one. Each mark gives you a bonus like the Huntress's that lets you use her dog, the Landskneckt lets you fire off grenades like them, the swordsman gives you bonus base defense and damage, or the archer gives you a bonus to base crit chance. Each mark also lets you pick that character's specific upgrades for weapon, stance, or proficiency. They get added to your pool of available upgrades. This lets you make some really strong builds when you combine them with the memory and reverberating potions.
