How on EARTH does one go about doing this?

Huntress Mark, Wooden Ring, Mask of Madness. Play in Torment Mode for a shot at finding another Wooden Ring, because the effects stack.

That's the one. Guzzle your Reverbrating Tinctures when you get a Crit Chance option that's either Universal or for the Main Weapon, and you should be good to go on a decent run.

I just ended a run at about 170% crit chance. It's pretty easy if you have the right items.

Turn off auto attack. Use Mark of the Arrow, Wooden Ring, Mask of Madness, Thundercharge Gauntlets and Electrostatic Treads.

Mask of Madness plus enough regen to offset it is technically an AFK strategy. Because it triggers after the Lord goes down.

I ended my run at 48% crit, had to leave the game afk for a while until the Mask of Madness sealed the deal.
