Why can't I enter the vault?

I have access to all the torment - but not vault. What gives?

Check the Quest stone, Milestones II page, Greed (the achievement in the very center).

It says you have to buy 30 items from the Wellkeeper, and that the reward is the Vault.

Buy 30 items, notice that wellkeeper disappeared, follow the clues left where he was to find where he went, follow him. Vault isn't the map that you select in the usual place.

There is an issue with the Trigger, which should be the Milstone "Greed".
But for most, if not all, the Vault entrance unlocked after some time.

After that I just did one more run, specifically died right at the beginning. When I was out Wellkeeper was gone. Followed the trail he left and found the vault.

The Bottles, do not count towards this achievement/quest, only common items you buy do.
Buying 30 common item's should unlock the achievement/quest.

Hope this helps any. taking into account you have beaten all the maps atleast once.

Then 100% of the time it turns out they were wrong and did in fact miss something.
No, sorry, your game and your game alone isn't bugged when tens of thousands of other peoples function fine, not how that works.
You missed or messed something up, check again.

Came back after a while to check again. And yeah.... I had to run the troubleshooting guide six more times (including reinstalls.)

Perhaps I'm just lucky. But you know what I love? When people come to someone seeking help, and assume just because they haven't experienced the bug, means that it doesn't exist. But, thank you for your ... Well you didn't do anything. The only thing you did was to find the snarkiest way to write "Check again."

Like I said, I ran the troubleshooting guide six times. (Including reinstalls) I think the save file may have been corrupted? I'm not sure which fixed it tbqh, the new save or the fresh install.
