You could also completly forget about AS and use shieldmaiden mark with fencer gloves.
Anyway I'll try to give it a try to this build you guys comment, it seems fun.
Only mele main weapon can do the fencing. And sorcress, hence the block strenght in her traits. Sage can't proc the gloves.
To be fair this build works on pretty much all characters.
The projectile trigger for grenades works based on total damage the projectile WOULD have done. This means that, even attacks that get blocked can trigger grenades to fire. All that matters is the size of the hit (critical damage included) and that it was tagged as a [Projectile] (i.e. Spirit Warrior can trigger it with the Spirit Needles upgrade as these are projectiles, Kugelblitz can also trigger it, but only the actual kugelblitz orb, none of the upgrades will help IIRC).
The trigger check in related by a power law, and if you want to have a 100% of chance of grenades going off then you need approximately 20k damage. (This is just a guideline, it's not literal, you can trigger it with 10 damage it's just very unlikely.)
For this reason, you want to try and make projectiles hit for as much damage as you can (as opposed to spamming attack speed, it helps, but damage amount is FAR more impactful).
Lastly, the Landsknecht mark on Landscheckt DOES stack. It doesn't state it anywhere but note that the mark is only half as effective as the original. So Lands + Mark is only 1.5x. You're probably better served using Archer for +0.1crit.
Grenades are aggressively mid. They're basically just a 20ish% damage multiplier for projectiles and leaning into them nerfs your strongest projectile weapon into the ground.
Either way Landsknecht main weapon builds are pretty great.
For grenades you pick up a fast projectile ability (phantom needles are the best) and go nuts on area and multistike.
