Weapon Proficiency Tier V is Character exclusive.
You can only get Proficient Stance and Dedication via Class marks.
Cheers!
Shame that you can't supercharge some builds, but I guess it makes sense as most of the WP 5s are pretty character main weapon specific.
i want this now
+1
There are so many broken things I would love to be doing with WPV if they applied to other classes. Like, my excitement level for HoT would x100. I would stop playing other stuff just to play HoT until I exhausted my ideas, but sadly, nadda. :(
Trait importance has been on the decline since they removed the bulk of +base traits a few months ago. Having them brought back a little for WPV is nice, but seeing as it's only 1 char and generally only their MW, is meh.
