When full Android version?

The game deserves attention, but I absolutely do not like it on pc, both the management and the fact that you have to sit and play.
on Android it's a masterpiece, but the game is incomplete(not full) , and it's disappointing.
So one question - when full game will be complete on android?

what is the difference on android? I like it on my phone personally...and pc but didn't know there was a difference
