Help with Blood's Blessing Achievement please

Hi there. Can anyone please offer up some advice on getting the Blood's Blessing achievement with the Beast Huntress? Items, build, strategy? Thank you!

Just take metabolism upgrades and the ones that boost regen by 10%, don't let your HP sit on max value, have it constantly regen, if you got above 90% HP faceplant into some enemies to get to about 60-70%, rinse and repeat. No special items needed, I did it yesterday in about 15 minutes. You can take shepherds boon and get some rings with summons if you are extra unsure.

For anyone else, just remember that you can track the progress of achievements like this in real-time, during the run. It's what I did to get this and the other new achievement.
