I've seen a couple of posts about this quest; some people have apparently had success using the sorc to do this whilst maximizing focus and range traits followed by multistrike and attack speed.
if the "Reaching" Trait doesnt work for you:
Either Sorceress (4% Multistrike per 10 lvls) or Shield Maiden (0.5% Range per lvl)
(Sorc may be better though)
Maximizing Multistrike > Attack Speed via Equipment
Picking "Fast" Trait for Ring Blades on II, IV, VI, VIII, X
Two very great items than can boost this alot:
Holy Relic + Warriors Fevour
Boosts Attack Speed alot.
Map and Mode doesnt matter, but Haunted Caverns Agony can be a good idea for getting the hands on Uncommon Holy Relics, Warriors Fevour and Mask of Madness.
Good Luck,
Cheers!
Ring Blades have a double multiplier with multistrike/attack speed. This means that the rate at which they fire isn't just the normal attack speed. It is attack speed * multistrike. (You can see this for yourself if you open the tooltip for attack speed. If you have any multistrikem the total attack speed will be significantly higher than the displayed sum of bonuses.) So, investing heavily into those two (along with whatever +range etc you can get) will generate you a quick quest completion.
