Herbs locations

Do we know if they are randomized within a level, or do they always spawn in the same spots?
So far I randomly stumbled upon a bunch of different herbs, but wasn't able to fully complete even one potion. Kinda want to try them out before I 100% the game =_=

The reason for this thread is that the herb charm apparently does not exist in my game for some reason. But if I missed anything, tips to uncover this treasure are also appreciated (not in stash, not at the merchant, never dropped inside a stage).

Hi,

herbs have a fixed posotion.
You coud look their general direction up here in the "The Cupbearer and his Service" section:

But I fear without the necklace this will be hard since I gave only general directions.
Pinpointing down their exact location could be quite hard.

if you saved the cupbearer, check in your stash for a gray-silver amulet, equip it on your fastest walking character then start a run in any stage. Take a look next to your XP bar in the game screen, amulet should point with green arrow direction to ingredients. good luck. for some of them you must do an agony run to appear.

Just got the charm and I want to post an update to this.

I ended up collecting herbs for all the potions but one with the help of a guide, then collected all remaining herbs with a help of another person... Then got the damn necklace.

Gatherer's Charm is now indeed a random chest drop, as some other posts seem to indicate. I must've been insanely unlucky to only get it after I spent hours herb-hunting and got quite close to completing the entire game... Or perhaps the chance is simply too low, wouldn't know.

Also, the herbs absolutely do NOT have a fixed spawn position, at least not the ones for the Memory Potion. Confirmed it when hunting the herbs practically screen-to-screen with someone else :)

I look into this, but last time I checked, they were always in the exact same position.
