Similar games but with coop?

If you want multiplayer try Vampire Survivors. This game is not getting multiplayer, it's even in the FAQ.

The only one I know of is Vampire Survivor. It needs to be played through remote play though 'cuz it's only couch coop at the moment. So if you don't have good internet your coop partner(s) might have a bad experience.

If you are more looking for the genre, then VS is correct, and there's also this game, which is a bit barebones and hard to start alone (or at least was last time I was caught up on content, about 15 updates ago) but is getting constantly worked on and is built with co-op in mind

But if you're looking more for the aesthetic + coop than the gameplay + coop, this game's style inspired by the old Diablo style so you might be better off looking in that sort of genre.

Worth mentioning that the co-op is local and only with controller.
