Provide previous versions please?

If I buy 10 copies of this game and give them right back to you good folks at Chasing Carrots - eliminating any risk of my gifting to someone who would have otherwise paid and you guys losing a sale - will you provide me access to the previous version(s) when I feel like playing them?

Prior to the patch on 11-24-23, the game was amazing. Now I'd tentatively rank it as very good but definitely < amazing. I'm confident you guys will make it amazing again ... but this doesn't mean I want to throw away all the mechanic combinations and gameplay I'm still having a great time further exploring. Games in general are an important source of me peace and relaxation to me, and I don't like unnecessary or arbitrary impediments, same as anyone else.

My value of the game prior to 11-24-23, alone, certainly exceeds 5 purchase prices. 10 purchase prices for past and future versions is no problem.

Hmm .... actually you know what, fair is fair, I just bought 5 extra copies. Let me choose which versions I feel like playing and when and I'll buy 5 more. (EDIT: not done, details below)

I don't think it's difficult to do programatically *by listing it as one of the Betas*; another favorite game of mine, Offworld Trading Colony, has 10 versions spanning 5 years. I'd be willing to do it myself even, just give me remote access to your computers and the precious bank account information and passwords within.

I hope my combination of flattery and bribery with an insistence bordering on entitlement will convince you to help me out. Thanks.

EDIT: Okay, I can't buy extra copies without first specifying a recipient. And I haven't talked to the couple friends (no violin cue necessary, just middle aged) I have in years and it would be awkward. If there's any other way to donate please let me know (irrespective of help with my request).
