Dont pick abilites and just hack away.

My way was:

Frozen depths agony

Only gear that matters is berserker boots

Scum first yellow scroll until it's an early boss killer (flame strike or radiant aura) and pick a couple waveclear weapons that don't KS forward (lightning strike, kugelblitz, meteor, frost avalanche). The actual weapons I ended up with on my successful run were radiant aura, lightning strike, avalnche.

Levelup priorities: Weapon proficiency extensive, proficient stance fury, vanguard, collateral, quick hands

Got the achievement with around 6 minutes left.

I did this on frozen depths agony stacking nothing but attack speed. Had 20% atk speed gloves, atk speed while moving, and atk speed helm, used double potions twice on 20% atk increase(so 80% increased total) abilities and literally every attack speed up option possible with movement speed as a second choice. This has to be bugged, I don't see how it's possible that I couldn't have hit 20k times between 30 minutes and the absolute slog that the boss was with a focus on attack speed over damage.

Equipment: (forgot the names)
attack speed helm & boots attk speed while moving
Crit ring & attk/movement speed ring
Pickup radius attk boost necklace
shirt gives 3 percent for hp per kill
multistrike gloves

Abilities: Pick up none

I used the x2 potion on multistrike both times it came up and didn't use the 3rd 2x potion

Strategy: Stood still mostly letting waves come to me, got the achievement with about 3 mins left. Wouldn't recommend fighting boss as it takes forever.

Ignore the guides. Play the first map on torment and just only get attack speed and 0 abilities. Was able to get Cold rage and the other achievement, don't remember the name. Was super easy and got it done first try after someone else advised the same thing.

This was pretty easy to get on the viaduct without agony or any abilities too. Finished it easily and got the achievement with about 4 minutes left, without relying on attacking the ghost wall either.
