The book in map 1
i found a book in map one , it's speak about a token , and their a voice over for the story in it. Does it lead to anything ?

Follow the blood trails from it. They lead to shrines that you need to kill enemies to unlock their gem/seal thing. Collect both pieces and it will half the HP of the boss during the boss fight.

If you find a blood trail, follow it. Honestly, I found it by luck one time; I didn't even noticed the trails up to that point.

It's honestly a gamble to find it. Look for blood trails. I'd say like...75% of the time, the trail is so long that you'll generally run into it.

One shrine is at one end, the second shrine is at the other, the book's in the middle.
