So far slowing isn't worth it (at least not for people who already have the good stuff unlocked), and it might even hinder new mob groups from entering the screen, so the other option is the far better choice.
But if you get both and pump the base dmg of Ring Blades, it tears apart any trash mob outside the screen.
Both upgrades together a great for farming gold on map 1.
if you have to decide, pick the ones that apply Frailty on enemies.
