First bullet hell compelling enough for me to try.
And also realized how much I suck compared to his gameplay
I do think this game will really blow up in the mainstream in no time though.
I knew this game existed before asmond played it, but his video was the nudge I needed to buy it. I didn't know how entertaining it would be until I saw it in action. This is from someone who already knew the game existed, many people did not, and asmond's audience are RPG players. This translated into instant popularity and huge sales directly from the people who like these games and didn't know about it.
There may be a few minor issues with the game, but the fun and pricing outweigh the negatives. I would like to see better graphics quality, and reshade support. Supposedly there is an OpenGL mode that works with reshade, but there's no faq on how to actually use it. I did eventually find it in a forum post, but reshade apparently doesn't load, and neither does vkbasalt. Rather annoying. If there was a texture filtering mode, I wouldn't care about reshade, but every single retro game is always dead set on denying the users any option to filter textures. Props to Graven for being one of the few games to actually give users a choice.
