Report a translation problem
Please add following details:
- What was the last thing you did before the crash
- Add the godot.log file (.\HallsOfTorment\logs)
- Add if available a crash logs (.\HallsOfTorment\crashes)
When the game crashes, it requires 10-15 seconds to generate those reports. Please wait a short period until you see an error message! Send these reports to support@chasing-carrots.com
The Halls of Torment system data folders can be found here:
Windows: C:\Users\<userID>\AppData\Roaming\HallsOfTorment (%AppData%\HallsOfTorment)
Linux: ~.local/share/HallsOfTorment
Steam Deck: /home/deck/local/share/HallsOfTorment
local/Roaming folders might be hidden. You need to activate to see hidden files.
Well, when this problem occurs there is not exactly an error message that we can present to your excellency.
The screen simply freezes but the game continues because you can hear the music in the background and the hero dying.
Insinuating that these complaints can be false with the amount of threads open on the subject is just stupid.
