How did they do the graphics?
So I am new to Godot and was wondering if anyone knows how the achieved this style? Is it a 3D or 2D world with 2D sprites or a they 3D models with a low poly shader applied to them?

It's 100% 2D. It all works with sprites in 2D space.
We create 3D assets in Blender and render them out via scripts as sprites.

You guys are awesome, that's why the animations feel so smooth, we just need more optimizations for the game.

nice job creating diablo 6 with just 2d, i cant even imagine what miracles u could do with 3d XDDD
