And walking through enemies shouldn't be a problem either, because they should be dead by the time you walk over them
Vampire survivors is a lot worse I think it's unfair to say it's almost the same, both in terms of monster density and ability clutter
I'm sure things can and will be improved though, give it some time, devs are working on a content update right now.
They should just add an opacity slider option like Athos said, Bio Prototype has this as well as Soulstone Survivors. So you don't get lost in the amount of special effects and oceans of monsters. It's a very simple fix I think.
