agony mode is just not good
Monster density is killing the playability, after a certain point I cannot even see where my character is going while having to pass through hordes of monsters and losing a lot of HP. Also really exhausting for the eyes, almost same as what I experience in Vampire Survivors. Hope you can tweak the settings for a better, less rushed gameplay.
Can you just not make the monsters harder, add more bosses and raise their exp instead of this nauseating ugly density?

There REALLY needs to be a slider for ability opacity. That's one of the most major issues with these games and its ignored.

Do you have damage numbers turned off? They are useless and cause clutter. Try using abilities that don't cover the entire screen with crap either.

Never had a problem with agony. Generally the issue is with some abilities like upgraded dragons breath.

And walking through enemies shouldn't be a problem either, because they should be dead by the time you walk over them

Vampire survivors is a lot worse I think it's unfair to say it's almost the same, both in terms of monster density and ability clutter

I'm sure things can and will be improved though, give it some time, devs are working on a content update right now.

Personally I would love to keep monster density. That's part of what gives you that power trip fantasy, since this is supposed to be a reverse bullet hell, where YOU are the threat.

They should just add an opacity slider option like Athos said, Bio Prototype has this as well as Soulstone Survivors. So you don't get lost in the amount of special effects and oceans of monsters. It's a very simple fix I think.
