How are you guys achieving this goal? even on tundra x midnight with all challenges, i cant seem to get this many points in 20 minutes.

Are you getting the Pheromone option from the pod? It up's the monster count.
Also get the other two options that slow and make them take more damage and keep stacking them as much as you can, should get you to that magic number.

Can't you complete it on Endless? I feel as though I completed it on Desert Endless or in a normal game where I simply used the upgrade-ship to just buff enemy amount.

The achievement has "excluding endless mode" in the description

Ah, my bad. Yeah, I never used Pheromone mod. I'm sure if you got the most broken fusions (lightning boomerang & the back+vulcan fusion) you can go crazy with 10% monster quantity increase from the in-game pod shop while keeping high dps output mods you'll get it easily (assuming the stage has a high stage timer vs 10-15minute stages).

Also, do the G-crystals give points? I didn't have any problem getting the 150k points and simply got it during a run randomly during the late desert stages IIRC.

equip phero mod to yourr loadout
buy phero with crrystals until there is aprox 10 min left, then stop buying
use mod for extra crystals also-
if followed you will approx 18k crystals at the end of run , be levl 111+ and have 150k+ points

I got every time 147k with 22k crystals and lvl over 100 and all mods

So I just got this achievement. Here are some things I've noticed that may help:
-Use the Valkyrie Power Suit, it has an inherit +10% G crystal find
-Equip the pheromone AND Crystallizer mods (more enemies + more G crystals)
-Prioritize G-Crystal level ups
-Prioritize Devastator Levels ups till you can evolve it to also collect exp/crystals
-Absolutely front load extra pheromone tactical buys within the first 10 minutes.
-Make judicious use of the +50% G-crystal buff doe 5 minutes by waiting to activate it when there are already 3-4 clusters on the field. I wouldn't suggest buying multiple buffs at once because they don't seem to stack OR add extra time to the buff like accelerated game speed does.
-Anecdotally, get 1 or 2 reborns, because if -feels- like when you die and still beat the mission, your multiplier increases.
-You only get 60% of your kills as counted points whereas you get 100% of your gathered crystals.

Other than that, it's luck of the draw when buying the upgrades from the pod and the G-crystal clusters; however, the above things should be able to help.

EDIT: I've been consistently getting 200k+ on Jungle X midnight with all challenges selected and at least one death with a reborn when trying to complete another achievement.

Basically, I bring pheromone mod maxed and then once I'm doing pretty good at the 5-10m in mark, I re-roll tac supplies for pheromones, weakness and (sometimes) slow. Slow can be counter-productive, making it harder to kill as fast as possible, so you only pick one if they are literally about to overrun your current damage potential.

It's somewhat dumb luck, but I just keep rerolling and try and get at least one weakness aura to counter every one or two pheromones I buy. That way, it increases the mob density, but keeps their actual strength low, so they're still easy to kill. With a Crystal Devastator, you don't even need to leave the drop pod area, so you just camp there and spend crystals as they come in to force higher mob density.

SPEND WAY TOO LONG TRYING TO CRACK THIS.
This is how I finally did it.

Suit= VALKYRIE... +10% Grystal and dual airdrops. Nuke the big bosses.

Weapon= Rapid, bouncy Assault Rifle. Max out everything.

Level= Desert X, Midnight + 3... (Tundra Sucks. Pheremoned Enemies way too fast.)

Equipment= 2 Slots only. Go for Vulcan and Backwatcher, and evolve to maxed out "floating laser". Once evolved, put whatever you want in the empty equip slot. You *can* 'remove' its upgrade options from level-up pop-up as floating laser is all you need. underground Sand crabs and the last swarm of swift bipedal alien dudes can breach the lasers if you're sprinting.

Mods= All of the Gun, equip and suit speed, (Armour not essential), G-Crystal Mod, XP Convertion Assist... The Reroll/Skip/Remove/Levelled start. And the 'Pheremone' one.

SUPER helpful Mod= "A.I. AIMING ASSISTANT".

TIPS: Don't spend too much at the "rocket shop", only ~1200 cr. Max.
Just buy 2 or 3x red Pheremone "10% increase" at LEVEL 20/When your weapon is ready.
Maybe 2x yellow XP Increasers and missing equipment upgrades if they pop up. Don't buy any Purple or Gold tokens. The first big boss usually has a "2x Double Shot" or "Super-critical" offering.

You must be LEVEL 30 at 15 mins ---> LEVEL 50+ at 10 mins, and ALWAYS collecting crystals. You will be Level 100+ at the end.

LEVEL UP BONUS "CARDS"
Remove Green Armour/HP Boost from the list. all the other green ones are good to max out. (view/speed/xp/crystal)
Pink 'Skills' can be removed. Valkyrie's Nuke skill isn't worth the investment.
Blue 'Critical/weakness' ones are vital, there is only ~6 in total.
'White' Ones are generic 'top-ups' that appear when you've unlocked all the other crap. LOOK OUT FOR THE "100 G-Crystal" cards (equal to 180). Reroll/Skip/Remove the other stuff to get to them.

HOORAY, I SAVED GREEDLAND. I QUIT.
