Alternatively, go full ham with the nuclear bombs in the heavy bomber, just full A-bomb load, sneak around mountains and stay out of sight of radar sites and AA units. If you lock onto a unit and it's obstructed by mountains, you should be fine, but air units if they happen to be in the area will outspot you anyway.
When you're closing in, keep all the targets in a base locked on, and the bomb indicator will give a countdown for when you should drop your bombs. If you're flying low and level, it'll take some time before you can drop your bombs and you may be intercepted before you can launch, but if you pull upwards at a slight climb you can accelerate the bombdrop countdown timer a little bit, as this "lobs" the bombs and gives them a little more range.
Once that timer gets a green number, between 0-2 seconds to bomb drop, spam that fire button until all weapons are released. Some bombs will be intercepted, hence why the full spam, but if even a couple A-bombs land they'll destroy any land unit (and grounded aircraft) in their radius, making subsequent bombing runs easier.
tl;dr
Keep terrain between you and the SAMs until you're ready to launch, then spam everything for maximum killing potential, rinse&repeat with radar sites, vehicle depots (they spawn more AA units), and flatten the enemy base one piece at a time until victory.
