Original Trinkets

Just curious, who do you think it was that entered the cave for a jeweled skull, a cursed guitar, and a thespianship award , and what do you feel they had represented?

Could it have been the pirate, the robot, and the clown? Or do you think that was a different team?

You can see the skeletons in the set pieces where you find those trinkets, and it doesn't seem to be the same characters from the group with the clown and robot. The skeleton you grab the guitar from has a distinct look which you don't see with the other group.

I just did two play throughs with the bad endings for everyone (my first time playing in several years), and didn't see the trinkets from my last group's characters. I'm wondering if this is a bug. This might be the first time I played through twice (and started a 3rd game) without exiting the game, so I'm wondering if that's what triggered the bug. Fortunately, this wasn't my first time replaying the game, since it would suck to have missed out on such a neat easter egg.
