there might be some lucky ones, but better to use a wired one. since wireless also introduces lag. I had to buy an extra pair as well.
The ony ones i found to work wireless are RF based ones, but since they are more for tv's, the sound wasnt too good imo.

May we please know what model headset you're using?

Rocksmith 2014 requires audio outputs that can go up to 48 kHz in frequency. Unfortunately, the Sony WH-1000XM3 headset is only able to go up to 40 kHz (as far as I can see from a quick internet search). Most wireless headsets are not compatible with Rocksmith 2014 for this same reason.
