Can't get key to work

I deleted my Ubisoft account a few years ago, thinking that I didn't have any games on it because I haven't used it in a long time. Now, when I try to play Rocksmith, my key doesn't work, but Steam doesn't let me buy a new key. What can I do?

Contact ubisoft support for getting that key you have to transfer to a new account, or if you still know credentials of the old account to restore it. Keys get bound to an account, so it needs to be done by them. You do have to supply some proof you were the owner of that older account though.
Steam cant help you with a new key, since the game is delisted last october.
the other way is to find a version on amazon or other shops, there can be still some boxed versions going around. Keys are more the domain of scalpers now, that sell on high prices, but you dont have guarantee they will work.
