Problem with elgato

So I just bought the game because I wanna play guitar and learn. I use Elgato Stream Deck+ and Wave link. I just searched around the internet and closing wave link should help. It doesn't help still. Keeps crashing. After I unplug my stream deck+ it will start normally without any sound cause my sound setup doesn't work correctly without the stream deck+ and wave link. So is there any possibility to get it work with wave link and stream deck+ or should I just forget this and refund?

I'm sorry to say that Elgato doesn't work with Rocksmith. As i'm being told, that's a problem on Elgato's side, and they are not changing it, so there's nothing that can be done, other then remove elgato (for the moment when using Rocksmith), use another pc, or if you dont want that, refund yes.

Should rocksmith community try to send messages to elgatos community support or something?

You can try ofcourse, but Rocksmith came out after elgato already existed, so I'm sure they have tried in that time. Development on this Rocksmith has stopped a few years ago, so don't expect any major changes.
The music licences on the songs also last 10 years, after that, they get delisted. So that might start somewhere this end of year or next year. As what happened to the first edition of Rocksmith and it's songs. If you buy (bought) the songs before delisting you can still use them though.
