Guess you dont want to be helped.
ok, have a nice life.
Literally tried everything, it won't work. No point in listing "everything". Rig is just too new. I don't know whether it don't like the newest USB ports or the Windows 11, but it isn't gonna work.
What are you going to tell me to do, reinstall drivers?
But it's kinda hard to help when we need to guess what your problem is?
The cable, the program (that also had an update), using a interface, using certain hardware or software.
Does the program start up, white screen, no sound, trying on a different pc etc.......
I would guess you do post here to seek some help or just to ventilate?
But since you mention you have a newer rig, this might be a longshot (in the dark) but maybe this might help anyway

try splitting it with an amp make sure you are getting sound on the amp end then check the microphone volume in the sound setting. The cable really amounts to a microphone cable. They are coming down in price again because of Rocksmith+ I just got two with a Ibanez I got as an extra surprise in a side bag. The woman did not know what they were. I did though! Rocksmith has tools to check if you are getting a signal. I have 5 cables now. And 1 after market cable too.
Thanks so much for offering this support to Motorcade, I really appreciate that.
Motorcade, let me know if you'd like support with this. I'm certainly keen to help you get this sorted out and get playing Rocksmith again :) I'll just need to know what happens when you try to get your cable to work, what is shown in-game, and what troubleshooting steps you've tried.
Please note that saying you've tried everything will be likely to lead to us suggesting the same troubleshooting steps you've already tried. If you list what you've done, we'll be able to be more specific

Just a driver error. I've tried before and got nowhere, tried every youtube video about the cable drivers, any resource I could find. I've tried every port on my PC, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling,
Device Manager picks up the cable being plugged in but says the drivers are no good.
Thanks, would love to play again have put about 500-600 hours in. The driver was always a little wonky in Windows 10 but I could get it to work. No such luck in Windows 11.
Does anyone have in working in Windows 11? I can't say for sure if its that or something else with my new PC as when I built the new PC it was my first time using Windows 11.
Hey m0t0rcade,
Thanks for getting back.
Is this error in-game or Device Manager directly?
And have you checked your Power Options to ensure your USB slots aren't being disabled? (some machines have this enabled for power saving purposes)
- Ubisoft Support
Error is in Device Manager. Power Options are for performance, no disabling.
Hey m0t0rcade,
Do you have access to any other PCs to test if the error is present when another machine is used?
Otherwise, could you please contact us directly via our Support Site[ubi.li] , Facebook[ubi.li] or Twitter[ubi.li] so we can take a further look and check with the team for any other possible causes?
Thank you!
