cant find the CD activation key
So I got Rocksmith a while ago and when I first made an account and put in my CD key it said this wouldn't happen after going into a stable build it wants me to log into my Ubisoft account and it saved my info but not my key where do I find it who do I talk to I'm out of ideas please help me. I paid 30 bucks for this game and 40 for the cable ugh

Rocksmith won't start
I have 2 laptops win 10/11 but the game won't start it just does nothing at all, wtf is going on it worked last week

I remember there was a update for rocksmith few days ago, ever since then nothing

this suxs i wanna practise

The key should be visible in the steam settings of the game.
If you already added it with Ubisoft before, and now it doesn't work, then you might have hit a bug that's acting since late. I believe it was fixed. But still, this following seemed to be working for most people.

Oh surprise surprise. They broke it for the 3rd time in 2 months. This is pissing me off so much. People want to say it has nothing to do with Rocksmith+ yet my Rocksmith 2014 NEVER got messed up prior to the Rocksmith+ launch. Now 3 times in 2 months. Bull.

I'm sorry to hear you've not been able to launch the game :( As Cataleya has said, there was an issue, but I understand the issue has now been resolved, so please try once again to launch Rocksmith 2014.

If it still doesn't work, please then check the sticky thread explaining a workaround.

If the issue then persists after the workaround, we've got a support article here[www.ubisoft.com] describing what to do when Steam asks for a CD key.

As the article describes, after following the steps to locate your key, if you find that the key doesn't work or it reports as already in use, it may be in use already on another Ubisoft Connect account. In that case, our support specialists will be able to help you locate any potential other accounts you might have. I'd recommend contacting them directly at the links below if you need further help with this :)
